Dr. Bell is the Director of the Professional Development and Research Institute on Blindness at Louisiana Tech University.

As part of the NFB of Louisiana state convention in Bossier City on April 5 – 7 we will be having a Braille Book fair Extravaganza! All items completely suitable for blind kids or parents sharing with their sighted kiddos!

Over 200 titles of Braille fiction and non-fiction books for all ages and interests!
